Singing Games and Rhymes for All

Saturday, 29th June 2019
10am (10:30 start) till 3:30pm
Meanwood Community Centre, Leeds.
cost: 30.00 for members,
45.00 non-members.

Lucinda Geoghegan from the British Kodaly Academy leads this workshop, a practical session full of ideas to take away and use with your children.

and rhymes, and how they can be used as a springboard to learning--both holistic develpment and musical learning.The session consists of singing games  The games are appropriate for a range of ages and suitable for all children.

This session is based on the philosophy of Hungarian composer and educator Zoltan Kodaly, who believed music education was a right for every child, and that musical training should begin with singing.
